Biography:
Did apprenticeship in bricklaying after discharge. Married
Maureen in 71. I have 2 sons, Paul & Tim. Paul is a sports
fields greenkeeper and wants to work at the SCG. Tim finally settled
down after meeting a Chinese girl and now he’s married and doing
Computer Science at University. Although they get their brains from
me, Maureen (other half) finally made it to University herself and became
a teacher in 1992. I worked for myself in Cessnock (I haven’t got
far) until we went to Sydney and worked on some of the major city
buildings till it got too hectic for both of us. Still working for
myself (I can’t get the trowel out of my hand).
